Following in the lineage of Swami Sivananda, our classes provide immersion in self-inquiry, breath awareness, concentration, meditation, and silence, in addition to asana practice.
This integral yoga path includes Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, and Raja Yoga. The Sivananda Lineage is referred to as the Royal Path or the Rishikesh Series.
Asanas, practiced in this special sequence, give a complete workout to the body, develop alignment, strength, and flexibility, as well as balance and steadiness to the mind. This specified asana series prepares practitioners for sitting in meditation.
