Everyone is welcome to join
The body is sometimes referred to as our subconscious mind, and holds the key to our healing.
With hands-on assistance, we focus on proper breathing and alignment, also introducing the control of Prana with breath, Kriyas and breathing exercises.
We bring the joy of mantras and meditation into each class, helping new and practiced yogis finding inner peace. Our classes are a perfect fit for all students. Whether you are an accomplished yogi or a beginner, there is a spot for you in our shala.
In our classes we honor and protect the body, no matter your physical condition. We understand that yoga asanas (postures) are intended to prepare the body for meditation, as well as keep the body system in top shape. Students are encouraged to go out of their comfort zone, although never forcing a pose or competing with others or themselves. While deep muscular release and very advanced practices are achievable, the number one priority is to practice ahimsa, non-injury.

Good to Know
Classes are open to all levels of experience.
Clothing
Please wear comfortable yoga clothing, such as a shirt and pants, to ensure ease of movement and respect for the practice.
Yoga Mats
Yoga mats are provided free of charge.
No Reservation
Simply come by a few minutes before the class starts.
Classes are donation based
If you can, we kindly ask for a contribution of USD 15 or MXN 300 per class (cash only).
